Dr. Lowney looked after my Dad for 20+ years and to my Dad he was considered a "friend". My Dad passed away recently and I cannot say enough for the care and compassion Dr. Lowney showed my Dad over the years. Words are really inadequate to describe my appreciation. Kathy (Janes) Urquhart
