We [my husband & I] had dr nowlan for years We were very sad when he told us he was retiring. I have ruffled his feathers a few times over the years. We got over it. I have found him to be dedicated towards his patients. He is missed very much, But he chose a very nice young lady to take his place, She is going to prove to be an asset. Limey.

He is a genuis! He has devoted his whole career to his patients !he has shown care and human compassion which is hard to find in a doctor! He will b greatly missed but always loved by all !!thank u for all u have done for r familly and the people of grand falls :))) l&m martin

I love that doctor Nowlan.......... he is the best doctor i had ever had............... i cannot and will not trade him for any other doctor.............. i know he will retired but i need to say goodbye not only to him but to everyone............... if i cannot put my life in him then i will never be able to put my life in anyone else ever again........... that is how much i believe in him......................... we do desagree with certain thing but that is ok................
