Dr. Cruz knows his field, but lacks in the area of tack. I think telling the patient bad news, is not wise when they are emotionally depressed. My Mother cried the whole way home, because she knew what he said. It was hard to hear the diagnosis let alone for her to realize what he was saying - NOT GOOD!
