I find it great that if we need to see Dr.MacMillan we can always see him in the same week. If our test results are not as they should be, he makes sure to have someone call us right away.

Listens to complaints/issues with respect. His quiet, straight face, no emotion demeanour should not be interpreted as not caring or uniterested. That just seems to be the way he is in a "social" setting. All around great doctor.
